🧸 How do I contact you?
You can email me directly at briehirsheimer@gmail.com! I check my email regularly and should get back to you that day or the next. You can also reach out via DM's on instagram @briehirsh, I check this regularly too. If you reach out on a weekend please understand I may not get back to you until the following Monday!Â
🧸 Do you sell wholesale?
I do! I offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders and can work domestically and internationally. If you or your business is interested in this option please reach out via email or instagram DM's.
🧸 When is _____ getting restocked?
This one is hard. All FrankenBoi products are ONE OF A KIND. This means there are (usually) no repeats. I do use repeated animals though, just in different configurations. If you are interested in something specific please reach out and I will try my best to get something made for you!
🧸 When will my order be shipped?Â
Orders are shipped within two to three business days (order on Mon, shipped Wed or Thurs). If you ordered on a Fri/Sat/Sun orders will go out the following Monday.
🧸 Where is my package?
1. Good question! Unfortunately when I drop off packages at the post office it is completely out of my hands.Â
2. Does your tracking info say it is delivered but there is no package to be found? This is normal and is the result of parcels being scanned prematurely or out of order by USPS. Give it some time and it will usually be delivered (even if it is delivered late :/).
3. Check with your postal worker directly or with your local USPS branch - they have a LOT more info than I do!
4. If your package is showing up as late you can bet im already tracking it and will be in contact with you!
🧸 Do you take commissions?Â
I do! Right now customs are branded as "Mystery Bois" where you fill out a form with your interests and I try my best to make you something you love, however if you want something very specific please reach out on insta at @briehirsh OR at briehirsheimer@gmail.com
🧸 Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately I do not, however if you're unhappy with your purchase please let me know and I will try my best to work with you!
🧸 Will you be doing more workshops?
Workshops are on a pause at the moment as I travel the country working festivals! Follow me on Instagram or sign up for email notifications to stay updated on future workshop dates.
🧸 Do you accept stuffed animal donations?Â
YES! I do! However I am not usually in one place for more than a week, if I am not able to meet you in person I can provide shipping info for you!
